Zernam Enterprises Inc Description of the Requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued for the requirement of Professional Services for One Senior Staffing Consultant to perform Executive Searches and run the staffing process for Polar Knowledge Canada under the Task and Solutions Professional Services - Task Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply which specifically covers requirements for above the CKFTA threshold (including taxes, travel and living, amendments, etc.). Level of Security Requirement: 1. The contractor must, at all times during the performance of the contract, hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) 2. The contractor personnel requiring access to protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid reliability status, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC 3. The contractor must not remove any protected information or assets. UNSPSC: *Human resources consulting service (*80101511). Method: Competitive - Open bidding. Selection: Lowest Cost-per-Point.
