Maritime Forces Pacific (MARPAC) on behalf of the department of National defence is responsible to generate, maintain and sustain an armed capability to contribute forces to meet national, domestic and overseas commitments, in order to enhance international peace and security. MARPAC needs to hasten its digital transformation to contend with the immediate surge of work associated with the department’s Digitalization strategy, and the introduction of new Naval platforms and the associated training development and delivery requirements. This includes the need to improve its legacy use of SharePoint on Premise, develop and implement SharePoint Online and modernize/optimize business processes to m.
