Nuolemon alue on vanha asuinalue Liedon keskustan liepeillä. Vesihuollon saneeraushankkeessa on kyse alueen vesi-, viemäri- ja hulevesijärjestelmien uusimisesta. Suunnittelutyö voi osin sisältää myös katurakenteita. Osalla alueista ei ole olemassa hulevesiverkostoa. Alueella on myös useita kiinteistöjä, joissa on sekaviemäri. Sweco Finland Oy on laatinut alueesta saneerausohjelman, jonka mukaisesti alue on jaettu 9 osaan. Hankealueet sisältävät yhteensä n. 8.0 km saneerattavia rakenteita. Hankkeessa edetään talousarvion määrärahojen puitteissa, eivätkä ennalta ilmoitetut määrät tai etenemisjärjestys ole tilaajaa sitovia. Hankinnassa valitaan yksi (1) sopimuskumppani. Suunnittelupalveluntuottajan edellytetään olevan käyttävissä koko hankeajan 2026–2033. Suunnittelun kohteet jakautuvat tehdyn saneerausohjelman mukaisesti eri vuosille.
