Le présent appel d’offres porte sur la réalisation des travaux de plâtrerie relatifs à la construction de la nouvelle école primaire de Magliaso, de locaux de protection civile (PCi) ainsi qu’à l’aménagement des espaces extérieurs adjacents. Le bâtiment de l’école primaire (EP) occupe une emprise au sol de 13,55 m x 64,75 m et se développe sur deux niveaux hors sol et un niveau enterré. Les façades du bâtiment sont en béton apparent. Volume du bâtiment de l’EP (SIA 416) : enterré : environ 3'610 m³ hors sol : environ 6'843 m³ total : environ 10'453 m³ Quantités principales Parois en plaques de plâtre : environ 1'000 m² Contre-cloisons en plaques de plâtre : environ 300 m² Parois enduites : environ 935 m² Faux plafonds (total) : environ 1'430 m²
