Description
The Council is seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of a Nursing & Dementia Nursing Service and Hotel Service at Heathlands Care Centre Bidders are invited to tender for the service as set out in Schedule 1 of the Contract.
The Contract will be for an initial term of 5 years (April 2027 – April 2032) with an option for the Council to extend for up to three further periods of 5 years each (April 2032 – April 2037, April 2037 – April 2042, April 2042 – April 2047), up to a total of 20 years.
The total value of this opportunity is estimated to be £57,193,215 before uplifts as defined in the terms and conditions based on the Councils’ best and reasonable estimations, though this may vary in instances of a demand-based service. The new contract is anticipated to commence on 8th April 2027.
