Die Wärmeverteilung erfolgt über Regelgruppen. In den oberen Geschossen ist Fußbodenheizung vorgesehen. Im UG sind 3 Heizkörper vorgesehen. 1 Stk Nahwärmeübergabestation 170 kW 1 Stk Druckhalteanlage mit Anlagenabsicherung für 170 kW 3 Stk Regelgruppe DN 15 bis DN 65 (+ 1 Reserve) 4 Stk Energiezähler DN 15 bis DN 65 900 m Rohr DN 15 bis DN 25 670 m Rohr DN 32 bis 65 3 Stk Heizkörper 4251 m² Fussbodenheizung mit Tackerplatte und Wärmedämmung 2477 m Randdämmstreifen 21 Stk Fussbodenheizkreisverteiler mit 6-12 Abgangsgruppen 21 Stk Verteilerschränke 95 m Dämmung Mineralfaser mit Blechmantel DN 15 bis DN 25 65 m Dämmung Mineralfaser mit Blechmantel DN 32 bis DN 65 746 m Dämmung Mineralfaser Alukaschiert DN 15 bis DN 25 675 m Dämmung Mineralfaser Alukaschiert DN 32 bis DN 65 25 m Schornsteinanlage zweischalig für Brennofen Für die Kühlung der Serverräumen sind Wandgeräte vorgesehen. Dämmung 95 m Kältemittelleitung in Weichrohr Ausführung 9,52x1,0 mm inkl. Dämmung Ergänzend ist die Vergabe von 'Instandhaltungsleistungen' Gegenstand des Verfahrens.
