Ben jij degene die het overzicht bewaart, graag schakelt met externe partijen ?n een scherp oog heeft voor techniek en veiligheid? Dan ben jij misschien wel de stabiele factor die wij zoeken als Co?rdinator nutsbedrijven.Wat ga je doenAls Co?rdinator nutsbedrijven ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een goede afstemming tussen de gemeente, nutsbedrijven en andere externe partijen. Jij beoordeelt aanvragen voor het plaatsen van kabels en leidingen, houdt toezicht op de uitvoering en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het werk in onze openbare ruimte. Jij weet precies wat er speelt ? van werkzaamheden in een nieuwbouwwijk tot onderhoud bij ondergrondse containers.Je hebt veel contact met collega?s binnen de gemeente, maar ook met nutsbedrijven, Port of Den Helder en de Woningstichting. Je stemt werkzaamheden af, organiseert overleggen en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, effici?nt en volgens afspraak gebeurt. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat de kosten worden verrekend, schades worden beoordeeld en dat gegevens up-to-date zijn bij het Kadaster.Een greep uit je taken:Je verleent en beoordeelt toestemming voor het aanleggen van kabels en leidingen;Je houdt toezicht op het werk van nutsbedrijven en externe partijen;Je organiseert overleggen met nutsbedrijven en projectleiders;Je bent intern aanspreekpunt voor kabel- en leidingvragen vanuit team Openbare ruimte;Je stelt opdrachtbrieven op en vraagt offertes op waar nodig;Je beoordeelt aansprakelijkstellingen bij schades;Je vraagt Klic-gegevens op bij het Kadaster en houdt deze actueel;Je bent aanspreekpunt voor ondergrondse containers bij nieuwbouw of onderhoud.Na gunning dient de gegunde partij een VOG van de kandidaat te overleggen.
