Description

Orkland kommune skal anskaffe vintervedlikeholdstjenester for formålsbygg for sikre god og forutsigbar fremkommelighet og trafikksikkerhet for alle trafikantgrupper som ferdes langs formålsbyggene. Med det menes kjørevei, g/s-vei, fortau, parkeringsfelt, parkeringsplasser, adkomst til kommunale formålsbygg og lignende. Private areal og private veger/innkjøringer inngår ikke i kommunens brøyteordning. Vinterdrift omfatter brøyting, strøing, etterrydding. Bortkjøring av snø utføres etter bestilling. Spesielle fokusområder på vinteren er trygg skoleveg, myke trafikanter, og trafikksikkerhet. Anskaffelsens årlige verdi anslås til: NOK 4.250.000,- eks mva. Volumet er et estimat og er ikke bindende for oppdragsgiver. Lærlinger: Oppdragsgiver har vurdert anskaffelsen opp mot lærlingforskriften, jf. anskaffelsesloven § 5h, og konkludert med at det ikke stilles krav til lærlinger i denne anskaffelsen da kontraktens hovedelement ikke omfatter arbeider der det er relevant å benytte arbeidskraft med fag- eller svennebrev, anskaffelsesloven § 5h 2. ledd bokstav c.
