Description
Original language: noFormålet med byggingen er å skaffe nye tidseffektive og tilstrekkelig store lokaler til barnehagens bruk. Bygget er dimensjonert for plass til utvidelse av antall barn i forhold til dagens plasser.
Den nye barnehagen er prosjektert med alt på ett plan, universelt utformet. Det skal bygges 3 avdelinger, fellesareal og personalavdeling.
Konstruksjonsmessig er det planlagt med plate på mark, tradisjonelt bindingsverk og generelt trepanel innvendig og ute. Takkonstruksjon er planlagt med takstoler og tekket med takstein.
Det er planlagt uteområder som opparbeides med lekeapparater, asfalterte og gruslagte «stier» for sykling, sandkasser, noe beplantning og gress. Det skal også oppføres boder og plass for renovasjon under tak. Uteområdene skal gjerdes inn.
For å gi plass til ønsket posisjon på nytt bygg må eksisterende VA-ledninger nord på tomten flyttes. Dette gjøres i egen entreprise som er lyst ut på anbud i forkant av denne.
Mot slutten av kontraktsfasen skal eksisterende bygg Tislebakkveien 36 skal rives som del av denne entreprisen og tomten opparbeides til parkingsplass for ansatte og foreldre som skal levere/hente barn.
Anskaffelsen har som hensikt å inngå kontrakt med entreprenør om totalentreprise i hht NS 8407, detaljprosjektering og bygging frem til ferdige lokaler.
Det er gitt rammetillatelse for bygget 10/6-2026. Videre er det gitt Arbeidstilsynets samtykke 30/4-2026. Svar søknad miljørettet helsevern er i skrivende stund ikke mottatt.
I forkant av denne entreprise pågår omlegging av VA-ledninger, etablering av midlertidig anleggsvei, utvidelse vei og en del kabelarbeider. Disse arbeidene skal være ferdige før TE starter sine kontraktsarbeider på byggeplass.
