Description

Oppdragsgiver, Ullensvang kommune, innbyr til konkurranse om kontrakt i prosjektet ny sjukeheim Bråvolltunet. Bråvolltunet sjukeheim ligg i Kinsarvik i Ullensvang Kommune, og vart bygd i 1987. I dette prosjektet skal det byggast eit tilbygg over 3 plan som skal romma 18 nye sjukeheimsplassar, garderobar, minnerom og lager. Deler av eksisterande sjukeheim skal byggast om med ny skjerma avdeling med 6 plassar. I tillegg vil det i underetasjen verta etablert nye fasilitetar for mellom anna heimeteneste og fysioterapi. For nærare orientering om prosjektet, entrepriseoppdeling og kontraktarbeidet, se del II - Kontraktsgrunnlaget. Kontraktens oppstart er satt til 30.11.2026, med forventet ferdigstilling 30.11.2029. ( prosjekteringsfase 4mnd, oppstart tilbygg april -27, estimert byggetid tilbygg 18 mnd + rehabilitering 12 mnd + 2 mnd slakk = 36 mnd) Som del av prosjektet inngår også flaumsikringstiltak og VA-arbeider. Det er viktig å merka seg, at denne delen av prosjektet er detaljprosjektert, og skal handterast som ein utførelsesentreprise. For denne delen av kontrakten, kan arbeider på byggeplass startast på så snart naudsynte løyver er på plass, og vertilhøve for årstida tillet det, tentativt januar 2027. Som kontraktsbestemmelser gjelder NS 8407 med de korreksjoner som fremgår av del II -Kontraktsgrunnlaget, punkt B.2 Spesielle kontraktsbestemmelser og B.3 Seriøsitetskrav.
