The concession, which was solicited by a Request for Bids, will operate pursuant to a permit agreement for one (1) five (5) year term. Compensation to the City will be as follows: Year 1: $0- prorated due to the Covid-19 Pandemic; Year 2: $19,000; Year 3: $21,000; Year 4: $23,000; Year 5: $27,000.
