„Csalóközi csatorna rekonstrukciója” című TOP_PLUSZ-1.3.2-23-NY1-2025-00012 számú projekt vonatkozásában Nyíregyháza közigazgatási területek infrastruktúra fejlesztéséhez kapcsolódó tervezési munkák: Engedélyes terv; Kiviteli terv elkészítése és Tervezői művezetési feladatok ellátása (5 alkalom); a kapcsolódó kivitelezési munkákra irányuló közbeszerzési eljárások szakmai támogatása. Ajánlattevőnek feladata a Nyíregyháza Csalóközi-csatorna rekonstrukciójára vonatkozó teljes körű tervezési munkák elvégzése, engedélyezési és kiviteli szintű tervének elkészítésével együttesen, teljesen készre. Főbb feladatelemek: (1) A Csatorna cca. 1017 méteres földmedrű szakaszának rekonstrukciója; (2) a vízgyűjtőn való vízvisszatartás; (3) a Sóstói erdőbe történő vízkivezetés tervezett a fejlesztés keretében. A fejlesztéssel érintett terület erdőállománya, illetve maga a Csalóközi-csatorna is a Natura 2000 hálózat része. Ajánlattevő feladata a tervek engedélyes szintű, majd kiviteli szintű tervének, illetve tervkiegészítések elkészítése, valamint esetleges hiánypótlások teljesítése. Kapcsolódó feladat: biológiai aktivitás megőrzésével kapcsolatos dokumentáció elkészítése; a tervező művezetési feladatok ellátása. Nyertes AT a teljesítés során köteles figyelembe venni a hivatkozott TOP_PLUSZ pályázati felhívás és mellékletei dokumentációjában foglalt előírásokat.
