Part 1: Procurement of pushbuttons and other parts for electric vehicles Total quantity (planned): 23,472 pcs/12 months The details of individual items are included in the relevant worksheets of the Price List. The quantities specified in the Price List have been determined for 12 months based on previous usage experience, so-called experience quantities. The experience quantities have been provided for the purpose of a well-founded assessment of offers, to determine the total bid price excluding VAT; the quantities purchased under the contract may differ from these experience data. The tenderer must submit its offer knowing the above. Only unit prices will be indicated in the annex to the contract to be concluded. The contracting authority undertakes to issue orders worth 70% of the total value of the framework agreement. The contracting authority draws attention to the provisions of § 46 (3) of Government Decree No. 321/2015 (X. 30.). The products to be delivered shall be of the same design as the currently used ones and shall be equivalent in terms of operability, design, and all other technical parameters. The parts must be delivered based on the specified factory identification numbers. The contracting authority stipulates that for individual items, the delivery deadline is to be set at a maximum of 120 calendar days, about which tenderers must declare for each item in the Price List. In its offer, the tenderer must declare, signed by the company, that: • it undertakes to perform in the schedule and quantities requested by the contracting authority according to the orders; • it undertakes to commence the fulfillment of its warranty obligation within a maximum of 2 working days in case of a defect arising within the scope of the warranty obligation, i.e., it will conduct a warranty inspection or repair the defect as soon as possible; • in case of malfunction during the warranty period, it undertakes to compensate for damages resulting from the malfunction; • it ensures the supply of parts, for which it will not charge any separate fee; • it ensures the protection of the parts during transport and storage, protecting them from dust, water, moisture, mechanical damage, and ingress of other contaminants; • it will deliver the offered products in original manufacturer's packaging for the entire duration of the contract; if this is not possible, the packaging will bear the product manufacturer's logo/name; • it ensures the parts in the specified quality and, if it wins, will deliver the items offered in the bid for the entire duration of the contract; • it acknowledges that the contracting authority will send orders exclusively by e-mail, for which purpose, if it wins, it will ensure that orders are received at a single e-mail address; • the day of communication of the order to the winning tenderer is the day of sending the order by the contracting authority to this e-mail address, and the winning tenderer is obliged to ensure that the order is received at the e-mail address specified by it on the day of sending by the contracting authority; • it qualifies as a transparent organization within the meaning of § 3 (1) of Act CXCVI of 2011 on National Assets, undertakes to prove this upon request by the contracting authority, continuously ensures transparency during the term of the contract concluded as a result of the procedure, and in case of changes, immediately notifies the contracting authority in writing of the change, and acknowledges that in case of breach of these obligations, the contracting authority is entitled to terminate the contract with immediate effect and that a contract concluded on the basis of an untrue declaration is void; • it has familiarized itself with the personal data processing information on the contracting authority's website (https://www.bkv.hu/hu/content/adatvedelmi_tajekoztatas_besz) and will ensure that its employees involved in the conclusion and performance of the contract, as well as those within its sphere of interest and activity, also comply with it...
