Invitation for tenders Ukraine 12.03.2026 30.04.2026 This Invitation for Tenders follows the General Procurement Notice dated 11 July 2024 for the Project “Nearly Zero Energy Renovations of School Buildings (hereinafter “the Project”), which was published on the Procurement Notices section of NEFCO’s website ( https://www.nefco.int ). Department of Education, Youth and Sports of the Chortkiv City Council , hereinafter referred to as “the Employer”, intends to use the part of the proceeds of grant financing from the Government of Norway and Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (NORAD) through the development partner for the NORAD-financed project the Nordic Environment Finance Corporation (NEFCO) towards the cost of the project “ Reconstruction of the Bilivskyi Base Institution of General Secondary Education of Grades I-III of the Chortkiv City Council of the Ternopil Region, with Built-In Premises of the Preschool Educational Institution, at the Address: 34 Burakova St., Bila Village, Chortkiv District, Ternopil Region” (the Project). The Employer now invites tenders from Contractors for the following contract “Nearly Zero-Energy Renovation of the Bilivka Support Institution of General Secondary Education I–III Levels of the Chortkiv City Council, Ternopil Region (address: 34 Burakova St., Bila Village, Chortkiv District, Ternopil Region)”, TD # NO11-2025-160/ CHRTKV-NZ-G1 financed by the NORAD grant. Tenders and subsequent contracts financed by grant and budget funds will be subject to NEFCO’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. The works under this Contract are expected to commence in June 2026 and must be completed no later than December 2027.
