A locação abrigará o almoxarifado, a garagem da Secretaria de Infraestrutura e Obras e o setor administrativo da Secretaria de
Segurança Cidadã.
A contratação tem por finalidade a locação do imóvel situado à Rua Afonso Moreno, nº 197, Jardim Nova Belém, conforme especificado no Termo de referência. Trata-se de espaço com 1.500 m², distribuídos em cinco lotes, cuja estrutura física atende plenamente às necessidades da Administração Municipal, permitindo acomodação de grandes equipamentos, além de área adequada para o almoxarifado, garagem da Secretaria de Infraestrutura e Obras e setor administrativo da Secretaria de Segurança Cidadã.
