Original language: PortugueseO objeto da presente contratação é a seleção de empresa especializada para prestação de serviços comuns de engenharia, compreendendo a instalação e realocação de aparelhos de ar-condicionado e a confecção e instalação de molduras de alumínio padronizadas, conforme condições, quantidades e exigências estabelecidas neste Aviso de Contratação Direta e seus Anexos.
01 - PARTICIPAÇÃO: Certame EXCLUSIVO para ME/EPP/Cooperativas equiparadas (LC nº 123/2006).
02 - REGIME DE EXECUÇÃO: Empreitada por Preço Global.
03 - QUALIFICAÇÃO TÉCNICA: É obrigatória a apresentação do registro/inscrição da empresa e de seu responsável técnico no CREA ou CAU competente.
04 - VISTORIA TÉCNICA: A avaliação prévia do local (10º e 11º andares) é imprescindível. O licitante que optar por não realizá-la deverá apresentar declaração formal de pleno conhecimento das condições, assumindo os riscos (Anexos V.2 ou V.3).
5 - LOCAL DE EXECUÇÃO: Edifício Sede da AGEM, Praça dos Expedicionários, 10, 10º E 11º Andares - Gonzaga - Santos/SP.
6 - PAGAMENTO (REGRA ESTADUAL): Disposições sobre Execução Financeira: Em conformidade com o Decreto Estadual (SP) nº 62.867/2017, Artigo 2º, registra-se explicitamente que o Processamento de todos os pagamentos a credores desta Autarquia será efetuado obrigatoriamente por meio de conta corrente vinculada ao Banco do Brasil S.A. Eventuais licitantes não detentores e conta junto ao referido órgão ficam cientes do dever de regularização cadastral prévia ao empenhamento da despesa, em caso de adjudicação, resguardando a legalidade estrita do fluxo orçamentário.
