Original language: PortugueseO objeto do presente procedimento é o credenciamento de interessados em prestar serviços de Psicólogo(a) para prestação de serviços técnicos especializados no âmbito da Secretaria Municipal de Assistência e Promoção Social de Lajedinho – BA, com atuação vinculada à Proteção Social Especial de Média Complexidade, ao acompanhamento de casos de violação de direitos e à execução do Plano Municipal de Atendimento Socioeducativo – PMASE 2025, no Município de Lajedinho – Bahia.
1.2. A contratação por credenciamento justifica-se pela natureza contínua, diante da necessidade de garantir acompanhamento especializado, continuado e qualificado a indivíduos e famílias que vivenciam situações de risco pessoal e social decorrentes de violências, negligência, abuso, violações de direitos e vínculos familiares fragilizados, características próprias do campo de atuação da Proteção Social Especial no SUAS. O município de Lajedinho, classificado como Pequeno Porte I, não dispõe de unidade CREAS nem de equipe mínima de referência da Proteção Especial, o que tem gerado lacunas no acompanhamento de casos que exigem manejo psicológico especializado, avaliação psicossocial de riscos, mediação de crises, apoio à função protetiva familiar e produção de relatórios técnicos para subsidiar encaminhamentos e fluxos com a rede intersetorial e o Sistema de Justiça. Além disso, o município elaborou o Plano Municipal de Atendimento Socioeducativo - PMASE em 2025, em cumprimento à Recomendação do Ministério Público expedida em 2024, sendo indispensável o suporte da Psicologia para sua efetiva execução, especialmente no acompanhamento de adolescentes em cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto, contribuindo para a elaboração e monitoramento do Plano Individual de Atendimento - PIA, escuta qualificada, desenvolvimento socioemocional e fortalecimento de vínculos familiares e comunitários.
