Original language: PortugueseO presente Aviso tem por objeto a prospecção do mercado imobiliário para identificação de imóvel não residencial para futura locação pela Assembleia Legislativa do Estado de Roraima – ALE/RR, apto à instalação de 02 (dois) campos society, destinados ao funcionamento e à expansão das atividades desenvolvidas pelo Programa Centro de Convivência da Juventude (CCJUV), que atendam integralmente, ou mediante adaptações justificadas, às necessidades institucionais da Administração
O presente procedimento possui natureza exclusivamente prospectiva e exploratória,
destinando-se à identificação de imóveis potencialmente aptos ao atendimento da necessidade
administrativa, não constituindo procedimento licitatório nem procedimento auxiliar previsto
no art. 78 da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021.
12.2. A publicação deste Aviso, o recebimento das propostas e a realização de visitas técnicas
não geram direito subjetivo à contratação, preferência, indenização ou ressarcimento de
despesas aos interessados, tampouco obrigam a Administração a locar qualquer dos imóveis
apresentados.
12.3. A eventual locação dependerá da conclusão dos estudos técnicos, da demonstração da
vantajosidade da contratação, da disponibilidade orçamentária, da avaliação do imóvel e do
atendimento aos requisitos previstos na Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, na Lei Federal nº
8.245/1991, na Resolução Legislativa nº 001/2026 e nas demais normas aplicáveis.
