A contratação visa assegurar o fornecimento de refeições prontas, tipo “quentinha”, aos servidores da Divisão de Cadastro Imobiliário (DCI) da SEMF que permanecem em atividade no turno da tarde, em jornada estendida, especialmente no período subsequente à entrega dos carnês do IPTU/TCRD/COSIP/2026, quando as atividades administrativas e o atendimento ao contribuinte se intensificam. 2.2.
