A presente rescisão foi precedida de autorização expressa e fundamentada da autoridade competente, nos termos do art. 137, § 1º, c/c art. 138, inciso I, da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021, conforme documentação constante dos autos do Processo nº 17463/2025 – SEMEC, dispensando-se a anuência da parte contratada em razão do exercício da prerrogativa pública de rescisão unilateral.
