OA1: Multifunction and printing devices, maintenance services and secure printing, especially for government agencies

This lot is specifically designed to meet the requirements of government agencies, but it is also available to other Hansel clients as needed. Lot 1 covers the procurement of multifunction devices, network printers, secure printing systems, and related supplies and services as defined in the framework agreement and its appendices. Under Lot 1, devices can be acquired through purchase or leasing. Maintenance services for devices procured under Lot 1 will primarily be provided as on-site maintenance services, in accordance with section 5.1.3 of Appendix 1.2, "Services and Their Minimum Requirements." Consumables such as toner and other necessary supplies for the devices are included in the service billed based on the number of pages printed. For secure printing systems under Lot 1, they can be procured as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or installed/licensed in the client's designated environment. This framework agreement aims to provide efficient and secure printing solutions tailored for public administration, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with governmental standards. The scope includes not only the hardware but also comprehensive support and maintenance, ensuring operational continuity and optimal performance of the printing infrastructure for state authorities and other public sector entities.
