Original language: hrPredmet koncesije je obavljanje energetske djelatnosti distribucije toplinske energije na distribucijskoj mreži centralnog toplinskog sustava Grada Zagreba (u daljnjem tekstu: CTS). Koncesija se daje kao koncesija za javne usluge. Koncesionar, djelatnost obavlja na vlastiti operativni rizik, pri čemu mu Davatelj koncesije ne jamči ostvarenje određenog prihoda niti povrat uloženih sredstava. Predmet koncesije ne obuhvaća proizvodnju toplinske energije ni opskrbu toplinskom energijom, osim obveza Koncesionara nužnih radi tehničke koordinacije, razmjene podataka i razgraničenja prema proizvođačima, opskrbljivačima, kupcima i nadležnim tijelima.
