Processing of waste with classification number 19 08 09 – greases and oil mixtures from oil-water separation plants at the Celje Wastewater Treatment Plant for a period of two years

The contracting authority manages the Celje municipal wastewater treatment plant, where, in the process of treating municipal wastewater, waste with classification number 19 08 09 - Greases and oil mixtures from oil-water separation plants is removed and collected in the fat tank. The contracting authority has prepared a waste assessment for the subject waste. The waste assessment is attached to the documentation regarding the public procurement. Waste transport is not part of this tender. The contracting authority anticipates emptying the fat tank once or twice a month, depending on the possibility of waste collection. The approximate monthly quantity of waste is 50 – 55 m3. In case the fat tank is emptied twice a month, the quantity of waste is approx. 25 m3, and in case the fat tank is emptied once a month, this quantity is 50 to 55 m3. On a two-year basis, the quantity of waste is approximately 1,200 m³ for the estimated quantity and 1,300 m³ for the maximum quantity. The indicated quantities of services are approximate for the two-year period and are not binding for the contracting authority. Billing will be carried out in accordance with the actual orders placed during this period. Waste acceptance will be carried out after prior notification by the contracting authority (or the selected waste carrier) and confirmation by the tenderer-service provider. The tenderer is responsible for ensuring waste collection within 7 working days of the request, so as not to disrupt the operation of the Celje Wastewater Treatment Plant.
