Original language: GermanBusbahnhof U-Bahn Martinsried (Busbhf-Mrd-2026)Planungsleistung Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume Lph 6-9 gemäß §34 HOAI mit besonderer Leistung Tragwerksplanung Lph 8 (B_08) für den zukünftigen Busbahnhof Martinsried, der aufgrund der geplanten U-Bahnverlängerung nach Martinsried gebaut wird. Seitens der Gemeinde Planegg wird zur kommunalen ÖPNV Anbindung im Westen von München, zur Erschließung des Forschungscampus Martinsried sowie der Anbindung des zukünftigenU-Bahnhofes Martinsried an das örtliche Busnetz ein Busbahnhof geplant. Zukünftig sollen vsl. vierBuslinien den Busbahnhof als Halte- sowie Wendepunkt anfahren.Zur Erhöhung der Aufenthaltsqualität für wartende sowie umsteigende Fahrgäste und zurGewährleistung eines ausreichenden Wind- und Wetterschutzes wird eine architektonisch wertvolleÜberdachung der Bushalteinsel geplant.Ein Leistungsbeginn ist direkt mit Beauftragung in 08/2026 vorgesehen. Eine Abnahme und Inbetriebnahme erfolgt vsl in Q3/2028. Die Leistungsphase 9 der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist nach entsprechender Abnahme und Bauende im Rahmen des Gewährleistungszeitraumes zu leisten.
