Die Handwerkskammer Ulm, Olgastraße 72 in 89073 Ulm beabsichtigt, eine grundlegende Modernisierung der Bildungsakademie Ulm, Köllestraße 55 in 89077 Ulm durchzuführen und hierzu einen Förderantrag zu stellen. Das Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) sowie das Land Baden-Württemberg haben die grundsätzliche Förderfähigkeit dieser Maßnahme bestätigt. Das Heinz-Piest-lnstitut (HPI) wurde seitens des BAFA am 28.01.2021 für die gutachterliche Stellungnahme zum Vorhaben beauftragt. Ergebnis war die Empfehlung einer Teilmodernisierung mit Teilabriss und Erstellung von Neubauten auf dem bestehenden Gebiet, da dieses sowohl in Bezug auf die funktionalen und organisatorischen Problemstellungen der BiA Ulm als auch in Bezug auf die Kosten, die angemessenste Lösung darstellt. Für das Projekt sollen Leistungen der Objektplanung gemäß HOAI 2021 erbracht werden. Das Leistungsbild orientiert sich an der HOAI § 34 ff. Es wird beabsichtigt alle erforderlichen Leistungen aus den Leistungsphasen 2-8 zu beauftragen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt gemäß den Vorgaben des Fördermittelgebers stufenweise.
