Original language: Portugueseobjeto da presente Chamada Pública consiste em credenciar fornecedores individuais e grupos formais/informais de agricultores familiares para aquisição de gêneros alimentícios oriundos da Agricultura Familiar e do Empreendedor Familiar Rural ou suas organizações, para o atendimento ao Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar/PNAE para a alimentação dos alunos das escolas da rede pública municipal de ensino, para o ano de 2026
A realização da 2ª Chamada Pública nº 00002/2026 justifica-se em razão de que, na 1ª Chamada Pública, não houve a contratação de todos os gêneros alimentícios previstos, especialmente aqueles constantes no termo de referência e necessários ao atendimento integral do Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar – PNAE.
Diante disso, visando assegurar o fornecimento contínuo e adequado da merenda escolar aos alunos da rede pública municipal, bem como atender ao disposto na Lei nº 11.947/2009 e nas Resoluções do FNDE, faz-se necessária a republicação do certame para os itens remanescentes não contratados.
Ressalta-se que a nova chamada mantém as mesmas condições estabelecidas no edital anterior, garantindo a ampla participação dos agricultores familiares e o cumprimento do interesse público, evitando prejuízos à alimentação escolar e à execução regular do programa.
