Predmetom zákazky je obnova Centra sociálnych služieb prof. K. Matulaya pre deti a dospelých na ulici Lipského a na ulici Ľuda Zúbka v Bratislave – opatrenia na zníženie energetickej náročnosti, zameraná na zlepšenie energetickej hospodárnosti objektov zariadenia s využitím obnoviteľného zdroja energie a zníženie produkcie emisií skleníkových plynov podľa projektovej dokumentácie a zmluvných podmienok. Stavba pozostáva z troch stavebných objektov: SO.01: Lipského 19 SO.02: Lipského 13 SO.03: Ľuda Zúbka 6 Predmet zákazky zahŕňa zateplenie obvodového plášťa, soklovej časti budovy, eliminácia tepelných mostov, nová hydroizolácia striech na objektoch, kompletná výmena otvorových konštrukcií na fasáde, hydraulické vyregulovanie vykurovacej sústavy s inštaláciou nových termoregulačných ventilov a individuálnej regulácie teplôt v miestnostiach (IRC), inštalácia tieniacej techniky a tieniacich prvkov, lokálne vzduchotechnické jednotky s rekuperáciou, zhotovenie odkvapového chodníka, výmena dažďových zvodov, kompletne nová elektroinštalácia, inštalovanie LED osvetlenia, inštalácia systému zachytávania dažďovej vody, inštalácia zariadení obnoviteľných zdrojov energie.
