Předmětem zakázky je: a) Provedení obnovy (resp. nové dodávky) Hardwaru a Softwaru PLC úrovně zadavatele na uvedených Lokalitách, aktuálních verzích a všech s tím souvisejících činností včetně integrace do stávajícího interního systému zadavatele, a to v rozsahu a specifikaci uvedené v návrhu Smlouvy o dílo, zahrnující zejména veškeré práce na obnově PLC úrovně a zajištění všech potřebných a souvisejících licencí v rozsahu nutném pro realizaci Obnovy PLC a s licenčním oprávněním odpovídajícím alespoň stávajícímu stavu pro PLC úroveň vč. veškerých nutných doplňků, modulů nebo software dalších výrobců pro min. zachování stávající funkcionality. Dílo bude prováděno v termínech a na Lokalitách dle předem písemně odsouhlaseného harmonogramu zadavatelem. Stávající hardware PLC úrovně zůstává v majetku zadavatele včetně demontovaných DT rozváděčů z armaturních šachet. b) Služba podpory, údržby a rozvoje prostředí PLC úrovně v Lokalitách zadavatele bude poskytována dodavatelem po dobu 7 let od první úspěšné akceptace dílčí části Díla realizované pro první vybranou Lokalitu.
