Investitor, Občina Litija, načrtuje obnovo kanalizacije Stavbe in izvedbo protipoplavnih ukrepov po poplavah dne 4.8.2023. Obravnavana obnova kanalizacije na območju zajema nadomestitev obstoječih poškodovanih kanalov z novimi kanali mešanega sistema kanalizacije. V ta namen bo potrebno obstoječo kanalizacijo odstranjevati postopoma in hkrati po odsekih graditi novo. Med tem bo potrebno lokalno prečrpavanje kanalizacijske vode preko gradbene jame iz preostalega dela obstoječe kanalizacije v že izvedeni del nove kanalizacije. Zaradi dotoka večjih cevi nove kanalizacije v obstoječ zadrževalnik, bodo potrebni posegi tudi na tem delu. Izvedejo se vse prevezave in priklopi preko zadrževalnika, ob tem pa je potrebno izvesti primerno izgraditev črpališča razbremenjenih meteornih voda s servisnim objektom. Po izgradnji kanalizacije je potrebno urediti tudi cestišča, v katera se polaga kanalizacija, urediti javno razsvetljavo in deloma sanirati obstoječi vodovod.
