V Plečnikovi ulici se obnovi obstoječa kanalizacija. Nanj se prevežejo 25 hišni priključki in odpadna padavinska voda s cestišča. Kanal se na severni in južni strani priključi na obstoječo kanalizacijo. Za izgradnjo kanala so predvidene cevi GRP DN 300 in DN 400 mm skupne dolžine 398,5 m. Vzporedno se bo izvedla tudi obnova vodovoda, ki je razdeljen na dve veji, ki se nahajata v različnih tlačnih conah. Predvidena je obnova 10 hišnih priključkov od priključka na nov vodovod do vodomernega jaška. Ostali priključki so že bili obnovljeni in se samo prevežejo. Predvidene so cevi iz NL DN 100 mm. Veja V1 je dolžine 102,5 m in veja V2 307,7 m. Sočasno z ostalima komunalnima vodoma se obnovi še plinovod in javna razsvetljave ter izvede se ureditev elektro - energetske infrastrukture vzdolž celotne dolžine Plečnikove ulice. Po izvedbi vseh del je predvidena še obnova cestišča in pločnika na celotni dolžini 500m, od Ceste na grad do Zvezne ceste. Naročilo se bo izvedlo v skladu s vzdrževalnih del v javno korist. Dela se bodo izvedla po projektni dokumentaciji PZI, št. VKP-1298-1/2021, ki jo je izdelala družba RCI d.o.o., Teharska cesta 40, 3000 Celje. Odgovorni vodja projekta je Matija Jurko, univ. dipl. inž. VKI., IZS G - 3745, po dopolnitvi projekta s strani naročnika.
