Predmet javnega naročila je Obnova parketa in izvlečnih tribun v športni telovadnici OŠ Miroslava Vilharja. Projekt zajema obnovo (delna zamenjava in delna sanacija / prenova) športne podlage – parketa v športni telovadnici Osnovne šole Miroslava Vilharja Postojna – ter zamenjavo obstoječih izvlečnih tribun z novimi, funkcionalnimi in varnimi tribunami. Cilji investicije je zagotoviti sodobne, varne in kakovostne pogoje za izvedbo športnih dejavnosti ter celovito nadgradnjo materialne osnove, ki je ključnega pomena za razvoj športne pedagogike in mladinskega športa. Pri obnovi športne podlage naročnik pričakuje visoko funkcionalno, prožno in varno površino, ki omogoča ustrezne odbojne, elastične, protizdrsne in dušilne lastnosti, skladne z veljavnimi standardi za šolske in tekmovalne športne dvorane. Zz namestitvijo novih izvlečnih tribun naročnik pričakuje zagotovljeno varno, stabilno in skladno infrastrukturo za spremljanje športnih, kulturnih in drugih dogodkov. Nove tribune morajo biti tehnično brezhibne, prostorsko prilagodljive ter skladne z veljavnimi varnostnimi predpisi, kar bo omogočilo nemoteno organizacijo šolskih tekmovanj, občinskih prireditev, regijskih športnih dogodkov ter drugih javnih programov. Rok za izvedbo vseh pogodbenih del je 31. 8. 2026, pri čemer se bodo dela začela izvajati 10. 7. 2026. Naročnik od izbranega ponudnika pričakuje strokovno, odgovorno in ažurno izvajanje predmeta javnega naročila vključno z dnevno prisotnostjo vodje gradnje, zato je v vzorec pogodbe vključil posamezne pogodbene kazni za nekatere zamude ter za primer odsotnosti vodje gradnje.
