Description
V okviru projekta Obnova Vrtca Trbovlje – enota Ciciban je predvidena prenova objekta št. 1871/2295 na naslovu Trg revolucije 4c, 1420 Trbovlje, ki je po klasifikaciji CC-SI uvrščen med 12630 – Stavbe za izobraževanje in znanstvenoraziskovalno delo. Projekt obsega energetsko prenovo in izboljšanje funkcionalnosti objekta. Predvidena je zamenjava vseh dotrajanih talnih površin ter obnova vseh strojnih in elektroinštalacij, vključno s celotno električno napeljavo. Izveden bo toplotni ovoj celotne stavbe, ki vključuje toplotno izolacijo fasade, strehe in tal, hkrati pa bo zamenjana tudi strešna kritina. V notranjosti objekta bo, z izjemo kuhinje, ki je bila že prenovljena, izvedena nova fekalna kanalizacija. Projekt vključuje tudi manjše spremembe organizacije prostorov, s katerimi se izboljša funkcionalna zasnova objekta, pri čemer se njegova namembnost ne spreminja. V okviru prenove so predvidene tudi projektne rešitve za izboljšanje dostopnosti ter komunikacijskih poti znotraj vrtca. Poleg tega bo obnovljeno obstoječe stopnišče, ki povezuje kletno etažo, v kateri se nahaja igralnica s pripadajočimi prostori, z ostalimi prostori vrtca, s čimer se bo izboljšala varnost in funkcionalnost vertikalnih povezav v objektu.
