Es objeto del presente contrato la realización de las obras de remodelación y adecuación del Edificio CUB como edificio de investigación no experimental al Parc Científic de Barcelona, comprendidas estas dentro del proyecto debidamente aprobado y en la memoria que acompañan la licitación. De este modo, la ejecución de las obras se llevará a cabo conforme al proyecto técnico aprobado, con el fin de librar el edificio completamente acabado, equipado y en condiciones de plena operatividad y ocupación, de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas y funcionales establecidas.
