Zariadenie musí byť nové a nesmú na ňom viaznuť práva tretích strán. Ide o opakované verejné obstarávanie na predmet, ktorý bol pôvodne obstarávaný ako časť 2 zákazky „Obstaranie Strojno-technologického vybavenia pre projekt Zefektívnenie systémov triedeného zberu odpadov v Oravskom Podzámku“; táto časť bola zrušená podľa § 57 ods. 2 zákona č. 343/2015 Z. z. o verejnom obstarávaní.
