Procurement of aggregated traction electricity supply including deviation responsibility for third parties for the period of 12 months, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027

The subject of the contract titled “Procurement of aggregated traction electricity supply including deviation responsibility for third parties for the period of 12 months, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027” is - the supply of electricity to the contracting authority’s consumption points, the complete list of which forms Annex No. 1 to Chapter B.1 Description of the Subject of the Contract of the tender documents, according to the needs stated in the expected consumption diagram, which forms Annex No. 2 to Chapter B.1 Description of the Subject of the Contract of the tender documents, in the required quality and with a guarantee of electricity supply for the entire duration of the aggregated electricity supply contract concluded based on the public tender results; - ensuring electricity distribution, regulated distribution services from the distribution system operator to which the consumption points are connected, ensuring other related services, including the levy to the National Nuclear Fund according to Government Regulation No. 21/2019 Coll., which establishes the amount of the annual levy intended for the payment of historical debt from electricity supplied to end electricity consumers and details on the method of its collection for the National Nuclear Fund, its use, and the method and deadlines for its payment as amended; - taking over the contracting authority’s deviation responsibility in full scope, for all consumption points, in accordance with Decree No. 207/2023 Coll., which establishes the rules for the functioning of the internal electricity market, the content requirements of the system operator’s operational order, the electricity short-term market organiser, and the scope of commercial conditions that are part of the system operator’s operational order as amended, towards the deviation settlement administrator. Taking over the contracting authority’s deviation responsibility in full scope, towards the deviation settlement administrator, will be part of the bidder’s fee for the purchase of electricity, calculated and expressed in EUR without VAT / MWh, rounded to three (3) decimal places, which is the criterion for evaluating the offers, or the total price for the supply of electricity delivered to the contracting authority’s consumption points, determined in accordance with the conditions stated in the tender documents. The subject of the contract also includes the obligation to conclude a contract with the contracting authority for the supply of surplus electricity and the assumption of deviation responsibility, in relation to electricity generated by railway traction vehicles using electrodynamic regenerative braking, which was not consumed at the time of its generation, in an estimated quantity not exceeding 8,000 MWh of electricity for the duration of the surplus electricity supply contract.
