The subject of the order is the service of providing electronic payment processing (payment gateway) for persons using entry to the SCT with vehicles not meeting the requirements of the SCT resolution and integration with the IT system for SCT management. 2. The Contracting Authority has described the subject of the order using: the projected contract provisions (PPU) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the description of the subject of the order with the annex constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. Required warranty period for the quality of the Subject of the contract: 12 months. 4. In the event that the name of a manufacturer, trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications, and reference systems are indicated in any annex to the SWZ, the products may be replaced with equivalent ones. Equivalent solutions will be considered by the Contracting Authority as solutions that enable the achievement of the effect assumed by the Contracting Authority through other technical solutions. Identical (the same) solutions cannot be considered equivalent, but only those that indicate exactly the same or very similar utility value in the compared features. By indicating the names of manufacturers, trademarks, standards, approvals, or reference systems, the Contracting Authority intended to define the minimum quality parameters and utility features that goods must meet to meet the requirements set by the Contracting Authority and serve solely as a quality benchmark for the subject of the order. Through the provision regarding minimum quality parameter requirements, the Contracting Authority understands the requirements of goods contained in generally available sources, catalogs, manufacturer websites, etc. The use of example manufacturer names is only intended to specify the level of the Contracting Authority's expectations regarding a given solution. 5. The Contracting Authority does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the order on the basis of an employment relationship.
