Legal services for the Investment entitled "Carrying out works to enable water transport to the Outer Port in Świnoujście."

The subject of this procurement is the provision of comprehensive and systematic legal services to the Maritime Office in Szczecin, acting as the investor for the "Carrying out works to enable water transport to the Outer Port in Świnoujście" Project. These services will cover public procurement procedures and the execution of contracts with entities performing works or services related to this investment. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for providing legal advice to the Maritime Office in its interactions with administrative bodies issuing permits, opinions, decisions, administrative rulings, etc., concerning the investment's implementation. This also includes advice on relations with external project stakeholders, such as public administration bodies and private entities. Furthermore, the contractor will provide comprehensive legal support at the interfaces with the Multi-annual Program Task entitled "Construction of a breakwater for the new Outer Port in Świnoujście." This support will also extend to any interfaces that may arise in connection with the implementation of a container terminal, for which the Szczecin and Świnoujście Seaports Authority (ZMPSiŚ) will be the investor. A detailed description of the scope of services is provided in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). The Contracting Authority does not anticipate engaging individuals referred to in Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law (pzp) in this procedure. The Contracting Authority also does not anticipate engaging individuals referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law (pzp) in this procedure.
