Przedmiotem zamówienia jest obsługa usługi transportu na życzenie będącego uzupełnieniem dla Komunikacji Miejskiej w Krakowie w rejonie, który ze względu na charakterystykę (układ drogowy oraz gęstość zabudowy) nie może być obsługiwany standardowymi pojazdami autobusowymi. Obsługa polegać będzie na zapewnieniu kierowców oraz świadczeniu przewozu osób pojazdami samochodowymi przeznaczonymi konstrukcyjnie do przewozu powyżej 7 i nie więcej niż 9 osób łącznie z kierowcą udostępnionymi przez Zamawiającego z wykorzystaniem aplikacji udostępnionej przez Zamawiającego. Przewozy będą realizowane na obszarze, w dniach i w liczbie godzin zgodnie z zapisami umowy. Dodatkowo do obowiązków Wykonawcy należeć będzie obsługa codzienna Pojazdów polegająca m. in. na uzupełnianiu stanu paliwa lub energii elektrycznej w zależności od typu napędu wykorzystywanych pojazdów oraz w razie konieczności myciu i sprzątaniu pojazdów.
