Occluder: ASD occluder PFO occluder VSD occluder PVL occluder 2. Delivery set 3. Sizing balloon catheter 4. Super Stiff guidewire Only factory new, previously unused products can be offered. Further details: The quality and functional requirements of the products to be purchased under the framework purchase agreement are included in the Technical Specification, which is part of the public procurement documentation. Only a complete offer can be submitted. The tenderer must make an offer for all lines of the price table for the given part. In its offer, the tenderer must specify the specific type designation, manufacturer, and country of origin of the goods. The procurement also includes delivery to the place of performance. Warranty period: 12 months for the goods from the date of handover. Pursuant to § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), if the technical description refers to a thing of a specified make or origin, or to a specific procedure that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular economic operator, or refers to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or specific origin or manufacturing process, the designation is made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject, and the phrase "or equivalent" must be understood alongside the designation, based on which the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or better solution than those recorded in the documentation. The tenderer - if they intend to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to - must submit the document(s) supporting the equivalence in their professional offer. The Contracting Authority draws the tenderers' attention to the fact that the document supporting the equivalence may be, in particular (but not exclusively), technical documentation from the manufacturer or a qualification from an independent, professionally recognized organization.
