1. Część I: 1.1. Zamówienie podstawowe: 1.1.1. Ochrona fizyczna obiektów wraz z terenem przyległym do budynku użytkowanego przez Zamawiającego, zlokalizowanego w Warszawie przy ul. Ogrodowej 51A oraz ochrona znajdujących się w nich osób i mienia. Utworzenie posterunku w ww. lokalizacji, na którym ochrona będzie odbywać się całodobowo, w tym także w dni ustawowo i urzędowo wolne od pracy. Na posterunku powinno znajdować się dwóch pracowników (wartowników). Prowadzenie depozytu niebezpiecznych przedmiotów lub urządzeń. Obsługa istniejących i przyszłych urządzeń zwiększających bezpieczeństwo obiektów. 1.2. Opcja: 1.2.1. Obsługa szatni realizowana przez jednego pracownika ochrony, w godzinach od 8 do 16, w miesiącach od października do kwietnia w budynku przy ul. Ogrodowej 51A, przy czym dokładne daty obsługi szatni określi Zamawiający w trakcie obowiązywania umowy. 1.3. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenie dotychczasowemu wykonawcy zamówień na podobne usługi lub roboty budowlane na dodatkowe 12 miesięcy na podst. art. 214 ust. 1 pkt. 7 PZP przez udzielenie zamówienia na kolejne 12 miesięcy.
