From passivity to activity!

Organization and implementation of digital training with an external exam within one dominant area of digital competence in the training program. The exams will include the conduct and organization of a validation and external certification service for digital training (qualifications, including digital competencies) and confirmation of achieved learning outcomes with the ECCC DigComp 2.2 European Digital Competence Certificate or equivalent, corresponding to the DIGCOMP 2.2 IT and Information Competency Framework standards, issued by appropriate certifying institutions authorized to issue them. Number of people: 25 people (maximum 5 training groups, average 5-10 people per training group), with the reservation that the final number of people in a given training group depends on the recruitment/IPD results. Number of hours per group: 1 group x 60 didactic hours and breaks between classes (minimum two 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute break) (1 didactic hour of class = 45 minutes). Breaks between classes are not included in the didactic hours. Training implementation dates: From contract conclusion to 30.04.2027. Training group implementation dates will depend on the recruitment process. Class system: Classes will be conducted at hours, days, and frequencies adapted to the Target Group [TG], a maximum of 5 days a week, 6 didactic hours per day in a system adapted to the project participants. Class program: The framework training programs must include theoretical and practical classes, with practice accounting for no less than 60% of the class hours. The Ordering Party informs and reserves that the detailed training program is determined by the Contractor in agreement with the Ordering Party based on knowledge tests. The final class program is determined and accepted by the Ordering Party. Training program: Training conducted in accordance with the DIG COMP framework (possible topics from 5 modules): Information, Communication, Content Creation, Security, Problem Solving. The final training program will be decided by the results of digital skills tests from the recruitment stage. The topics will relate to everyday needs, with an emphasis on the practical dimension of skills. The digital competence standard based on the Digcomp 2.2 framework will be used. Supplementary orders: The Ordering Party foresees the possibility of granting supplementary orders to the selected Contractor for services consisting of repeating similar services, i.e., services in the scope of conducting digital training for project participants, in accordance with section 3.2.1 point 2 letter j) of the Guidelines on eligibility of expenditure for 2021-2027, up to a maximum value of PLN 25,500.00 gross (in words: twenty-five thousand five hundred zlotys, zero groszy) under the following conditions: 1. The order will be granted only if the Contractor performs the basic order with due diligence and in accordance with the contract provisions; 2. An additional order may be granted, in particular, if the Ordering Party has a justified need to support additional project participants, increase the scope of support, or ensure additional services necessary for the proper implementation of the project, provided that such scope is consistent with the subject of the basic order and the project assumptions. 3. The order will be granted based on a separate order or an annex to the contract, maintaining conditions no less favorable to the Ordering Party than those specified in the contractor's offer submitted in this procedure, in particular according to the unit prices indicated in the offer, if such prices were provided. 4. The Contractor will be obliged to ensure a standard of performance for the new order no worse than the basic one. 5. The Ordering Party reserves that the provision for the possibility of granting additional orders does not constitute an obligation to grant them. The Contractor does not have the right to claim the granting of an additional order. Contract amendment conditions: The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of people covered by the service, provided that: a. the Ordering Party is unable to recruit the required number of potential project participants compared to the initial assumptions included in this procedure, and/or b. a project participant withdraws from participation in the project during its duration, and/or c. other objective reasons / random events, force majeure / unforeseen circumstances occur that could not be foreseen on the day of signing the contract with the Contractor, and/or d. the support provided to a given project participant is reduced, and/or e. there is no agreement with the Contractor regarding conducting training in a different town in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship than the city of Radom. In the event of circumstances described in point 11.1 subpar. a)-e), the Contractor's remuneration will be reduced accordingly. Ordering Party: ESPO!
