Original language: DutchBinnen het lokaal bestuur worden door verschillende diensten koude dranken besteld voor de dagelijkse werking, voor de cafetaria's en voor recepties, activiteiten en evenementen. Het lokaal bestuur wenst hiervoor een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één leverancier voor de aankoop en levering van kwalitatieve (niet-)alcoholische dranken. Deze raamovereenkomst zou aldus gelden voor de aankoop en levering van koude dranken voor de stad, het OCMW en de vzw Sport en Recreatie Oudenburg vanaf 1 september 2026 tot en met 31 augustus 2030. Het betreft een niet-exclusieve raamovereenkomst waardoor er noch een exclusiviteitscontract noch een afnameverplichting van toepassing is, behoudens voor wat betreft de huurders van de zalen in de sporthal en de concessiehouder van de cafetaria van de sporthal. De goederen dienen geleverd te worden op verschillende stedelijke locaties. De leveringsadressen en -plaatsen kunnen wijzigen gedurende de looptijd van het contract. Het OCMW zal optreden als opdrachtgevend bestuur en de plaatsingsprocedure voeren.
