Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje odbieranie bezpośrednio z nieruchomości i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych wytwarzanych przez właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych (gospodarstw domowych) na terenie Gminy Dębe Wielkie w okresie od dnia 01.01.2027 r. do dnia 31.12.2027 r. Do wyliczenia całkowitej wartości zamówienia należy przyjąć, że w 2027 roku ilość odebranych i zagospodarowanych odpadów z terenu Gminy Dębe Wielkie wyniesie 4115 Mg. Stosownie do treści art. 433 pkt. 4 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający informuje, że minimalna wartość świadczenia wynosi 50% maksymalnego wynagrodzenia brutto wskazanego w § 3 ust. 1 Załącznika nr 2.1 Projekt umowy.
