Original language: PolishPrzedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i transport odpadów komunalnych ze wszystkich nieruchomości położonych na terenie Gminy Kadzidło, na których zamieszkują mieszkańcy, do wskazanej przez Zamawiającego instalacji celem zagospodarowania, oraz odbieranie i transport do powyższej instalacji odpadów komunalnych z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (dalej PSZOK) znajdującego się w msc. Kadzidło, ul. Kurpiowska 52, dostarczanych przez mieszkańców Gminy Kadzidło, zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (T.j. Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 733), przepisami Regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie Gminy Kadzidło oraz uchwały Rady Gminy Kadzidło w sprawie ustalenia szczegółowego sposobu i zakresu świadczenia usług w zakresie odbierania odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych i zagospodarowania tych odpadów. Przewidziana ilość odpadów do odebrania i transportu ogółem ok. 2150 Mg. Ponadto przedmiotem zamówienia jest udostępnienie i obsługa Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych (PSZOK). Wykonawca wyposaża PSZOK w niezbędne urządzenia techniczne celem realizacji zamówienia.
