Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie do odbioru i zagospodarowania następujących odpadów: 1. zmieszanych oraz segregowanych (papier, tworzywa sztuczne, opakowania wielomateriałowe, metal, szkło, bioodpady) powstałych na nieruchomościach zamieszkałych, 2. zmieszanych oraz segregowanych (papier, tworzywa sztuczne, opakowania wielomateriałowe, metal, szkło, bioodpady) powstałych na nieruchomościach niezamieszkałych ujętych w gminnym systemie gospodarki odpadami, 3. zmieszanych oraz segregowanych powstałych na nieruchomościach stanowiących własność Gminy Łużna, 4. odpadów powstałych w wyniku sytuacji awaryjnej (np. pożar, podrzucenie odpadów, itp.). Szacunkowe ilości odpadów do odbioru i zagospodarowania w okresie realizacji zamówienia: a) zmieszanych - 620 Mg b) tworzywa sztuczne, metal, opakowania wielomateriałowe, szkło, papier, bioodpady - ok. 370 Mg, c) odpady niebezpieczne, przeterminowane leki i chemikalia, odpady niekwalifikujące się do odpadów medycznych powstałe w gospodarstwie domowym w wyniku przyjmowania produktów leczniczych w formie iniekcji i prowadzenia monitoringu poziomu substancji we krwi, w szczególności igły i strzykawki, zużyte baterie i akumulatory, zużyty sprzęt elektryczny i elektroniczny, meble i inne odpady wielkogabarytowe, zużyte opony, odpady tekstylne i odzież, odpady budowlane i rozbiórkowe z gospodarstw domowych - ok. 230 Mg. Zamawiający zastrzega, że podane ilości mają charakter szacunkowy i służą przede wszystkim oszacowaniu kosztów realizacji usługi. Z tytułu konieczności odbioru ilości odpadów innej niż wskazana Wykonawca nie będzie mógł rościć sobie prawa do dochodzenia z tego tytułu odszkodowania. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa SWZ wraz z załącznikami.
