Collection and transport of municipal waste from residential properties within the administrative boundaries of the City of Sławno.

1) The subject of the order is the collection and transport of types of municipal waste indicated in the order description from property owners within the administrative boundaries of the City of Sławno. 2) Containers for waste collection (bins, bags), which will be placed in the waste collection points indicated by the Contracting Authority, will be provided by the Contractor. 3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SŁAWNO CITY MUNICIPALITY 1) The area of the Sławno City Municipality is 1583 ha. 2) The number of inhabitants of the Sławno City Municipality is 10921 (as of 01.12.2025). 3) Number of single-family houses and equivalent (households) – approx. 1516. 4) Number of multi-family buildings – approx. 300. 5) Number of waste collection points (bin shelters, bin locations): approx. 1578. 4. Requirements for the frequency of municipal waste collection - Chapter 4, item 2 SWZ. 5. REQUIREMENTS REGARDING THE MUNICIPAL WASTE COLLECTION SCHEDULE: 1) The Contractor is obliged to develop a waste collection schedule for multi-family and single-family housing areas, covering the collection of unsorted municipal waste and selectively collected waste, divided into individual types of waste. 2) The Contractor is obliged to update the waste collection schedule in agreement with the Contracting Authority. 3) The schedule should be prepared in accordance with the following requirements: a) it should indicate the dates of collection of individual types of waste from properties, b) the schedule should be prepared divided into single-family and multi-family properties, c) waste collection may not take place on Sundays and public holidays, d) waste collection should fall on the same day of the week or days of the week, analogous to the days indicated in the previous year's schedule, e) collection of selectively collected waste at the source (paper, metals and plastics, glass) in single-family housing and in properties where unsorted (mixed) waste is collected every two weeks should take place on the same day as the collection of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste. The Contractor may not, under any circumstances, collect municipal waste from the area of the city of Sławno established in accordance with the schedule with the same vehicle with which it provides services for other companies. The Contractor should indicate this vehicle. 4) After developing the schedule, the Contractor will present it to the Contracting Authority (a copy in paper and electronic version in a format agreed with the Contracting Authority) within 3 days of signing the contract. 6. 4. LIST OF WASTE COLLECTION DEVICES in Chapter 4, item 4 SWZ. 7. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS BEFORE AND DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ORDER in Chapter 4, item 5 SWZ. 8. Vehicles intended for collecting municipal waste must be equipped with a location and monitoring system, with access to its operation at the Contracting Authority's headquarters. 9. The Contractor shall prepare and deliver to the Contracting Authority within 7 days of the conclusion of the contract, a list of all vehicles collecting waste from the area of the City of Sławno, which will include: vehicle registration number, purpose, and for which waste fraction it is used. 10. The municipal waste collection system does not include waste generated from economic activity. 11. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MUNICIPAL SELECTIVE WASTE COLLECTION POINT in Chapter 4, item 6 SWZ. 12. PROCEDURE FOR HANDLING WASTE COLLECTED FROM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES AND RECORD KEEPING RELATED TO THE SERVICE PROVISION in Chapter 4, item 7 SWZ. 13.
