1) część 1 zamówienia – Odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych z sektora I – gmina Ostrówek zgodnie z poniższymi zasadami: a) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i transport odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych. b) Odebrane przez Wykonawcę odpady komunalne zostaną przekazane do instalacji własnej Zamawiającego: Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów w Wólce Rokickiej, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów. W przypadku odpadów komunalnych, które będą poddane zagospodarowaniu poprzez składowanie, Zamawiający wskazał właściwe instalacje w OPZ. c) Wymagana masa odpadów do odbioru i transportu 1122 Mg– w zakresie podstawowym oraz 112 Mg w zakresie objętym prawem opcji. d) Zamawiający stosownie do treści art. 433 pkt. 4) ustawy pzp wskazuje, iż minimalna wielkości świadczenia wynosi 500 Mg.
