1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i transport odpadów ulegających biodegradacji (w tym choinek) z nieruchomości na terenie Gminy Władysławowo, w okresie od 01 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2029 r. 2) Szacunkowa ilość odpadów przewidziana do odbioru w ramach usługi będącej przedmiotem zamówienia (na podstawie danych za okres ostatnich 12 miesięcy) – 2.100 Mg w skali roku, tj. 6.300 Mg w skali 3 lat. 3) Wykonawca zobowiązuje się do odbioru rzeczywistej ilości odpadów, różniącej się w dół lub w górę (do 30%) od prognozowanej ilości odpadów. Wzrost lub spadek ilości odebranych odpadów nie może spowodować wzrostu ceny jednostkowej za 1 Mg odpadu.
