1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Miasta Rejowiec Fabryczny. 2. Ilość przewidywanych do odbioru odpadów wyniesie: 1100 Mg. 3. Stosownie do treści art. 433 pkt. 4) ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający informuje, że minimalna wartość świadczenia wynosi 70% wynagrodzenia umownego brutto wskazanego w § 8 ust. 4 pkt 1) Projektu umowy. 4. Zakres i sposób realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wymagania jakościowe szczegółowo określa: 1) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (SOPZ) - Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, 2) Projekt umowy stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ, 3) Ustawa z dnia 14 grudnia 2012 r. o odpadach (t. j. Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1587 z późn. zm.).
