The Contractor is obliged to have: a) an entry in the register of regulated activities, referred to in Art. 9b, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of September 13, 1996, on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) regarding the collection of municipal waste from property owners located in the municipality, kept by the Mayor of the Municipality of Topólka, b) an entry in the register referred to in Art. 49 sec. 1 of the Act of December 14, 2012, on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended) – kept by the Marshal of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. The Contracting Authority will verify the above requirements at the stage of signing the contract, based on the maintained entry and documents presented by the Contractor. 4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the order under the terms and conditions described in the draft contract provisions, which constitute Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5. When performing the order, the Contractor undertakes to comply with the requirements specified in Art. Art. 68a in conjunction with Art. 68b point 3 letter d of the Act of January 11, 2018, on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1289, as amended). 6. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts; the services constitute an inseparable and indivisible whole to be performed within a single order (contract). Subject evidence 1. The Contractor submits subject evidence as part of the offer evaluation criteria, respectively, a document/certificate confirming that the Contractor has implemented a quality management system and/or an environmental management system. 2.
